I’ve been a hairdresser since 2008, during which I’ve extensively trained with world-renowned educators that span across the globe.

I embrace hair styles that enhance natural texture and have a passion for creating blondes. My specialties lie in razor cutting, dry cutting, haircut personalization, and blonding.

I am passionate about creativity and self-expression. I take inspiration from urban street culture, punk aesthetics, vibrant colors, mid-century styling, and geometric shapes.

I am committed to being at the forefront of the ever-evolving hairdressing and beauty industry. At Bleach Custom Hairdressing, your hair journey is everything, and I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

In 2021, after 13 years, I carefully curated Bleach to have a big personality; different from anywhere else that offers high-end and creative hairdressing. My vision is to create a space that fulfills everything a client would want from a modern hair salon.  Located amongst the lively historic Downtown Wooster, the salon is brightly presented but super chill.  Our mission is to create a memorable salon experience for the client.

The Safe Space Alliance is a LGBTQI+ led nonprofit organization that helps people identify, navigate, and create safe spaces for LGBTQI+ communities worldwide. Our two core activities include maintaining an online directory of spaces around the world that welcome and support LGBTQI+ communities and helping LGBTQI+ people get to safety. Being part of the Safe Space Alliance is being part of a global and collaborative network that welcomes and supports LGBTQI+ communities.

Bleach Custom Hairdressing was founded in 2021 by Molly Baker with a vision to create a space that celebrates the uniqueness of every individual and to offer high-end hair services for all hair textures. Our mission is to provide a memorable experience in a creative, relaxing, and inclusive environment.

Bleach Custom Hairdressing is conveniently located in the heart of historic downtown Wooster, Ohio.
