A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule. A no-show will result in a charge of the full cost of the hair service.

Here at Bleach, we value our clientsβ time. Late arrivals can disrupt the salon's workflow and the ability to deliver the standards we hold ourselves to. We kindly ask that if you are running more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you notify the salon so we are aware and can manage the booking accordingly. We will also do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but sometimes, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure the next client can have the experience we wish to give all our guests.

For Coloring or Dry Cutting, please arrive with your shampooed, detangled and dry with no product. Avoid wearing hats, headbands, ponytails, etc. prior to appointment.

We may charge a deposit for your booking. We keep our schedule clear to see you. Not showing means we miss out, and with such short notice, we canβt replace your slot with someone else. This is why we kindly ask you give us sufficient notice as a courtesy to your stylist.
